Cancellation Policy

Retainer: A retainer of 25% is due immediately upon the signing of the Agreement. The retainer shall be applied towards the Service Fee. The retainer is nonrefundable in the instant where Client decides to cancel services, the retainer and all fees collected by the Provider shall be retained for value received.
